Introducing the Mighty-Meatza!

Okay, Burial is playing and I'm ignoring my phone, I'm ignoring Steam, I'm ignoring MSN, I'm ignoring Skype, I'm ignoring Facebook and I'm finally going to write after neglecting this blog for far too long. Primarily it's the fault of Batman Arkham City which I've been playing on Xbox and it is one of the best games I've played in a very long time but I have been pretty lazy because I have had workouts and an epic meal to write about. While I haven't been updating this as often as I should, I haven't neglected to log my workouts, so let's start there:

Saturday's workout:
Weekend workouts are in the morning and as such, fasted. I'm really enjoying these workouts even though they do leave me wrecked. I had been doing keto for two weeks at this point and really should have had a weekend of carbs by this stage but I was still feeling strong and if it ain't broke..

EXERCISE

 Set #1

 Set #2

 Set #3

 Set #4

 Set #5
 Squat  90kgx5 95kgx5 95kgx5 97.5kgx5 100kgx5
 Bench Press  72.5x5 72.5x5  72.5x5  72.5x5  72.5x5
 Bent Over Row  60kgx5 60kgx5  60kgx5  60kgx5  60kgx5
 Lying Leg Curl  39kgx12 46kgx12 53kgx12 XXXX
 Incline DB Fly  10kgx12 10kgx12  12kgx12XXXX
Finally hit 100kg squat! The form wasn't too good but I got there. Unfortunately the bent over rows were pretty average and had a lot of jerking, I need to drop the weight to get the form back.
Great fasted training.

Supplements
Pre-workout: MusclePharm Assault
Intra-workout: Scivation Xtend (watermelon)
Protein:  Dymatize Elite Vanilla

Music
I really can't remember what I was listening to over this workout so enjoy the other track that Massive Attack and Burial produced together:
Unfortunately it has this annoying introduction as I think it was taken from a radio station, but it's pretty glorious nonetheless, yes I said glorious.

As good as it looks.
Now, onto the aforementioned epic meal. One word - Meatza. That's right, a meat based pizza. I wish I could take credit for creating this gift-of-the-God's but credit goes to my man Hagen. I could be wrong (and correct me if I am man) but he got the idea from Mark's Daily Apple, a website about healthy and primarily Paleolithic (caveman) living which revolves around hunter-gatherer diets consisting 'mainly of grass-fed pasture raised meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils'. Apologies for digressing but this pizza was awesome, a meat base made up of 50% beef mince, 50% kangaroo mince, onion and various herbs and spices. Then a layer of tomato paste (or sauce or something) and finally topped with all the good stuff: random meat-bag meat (I'll talk about this later), capsicum, tomato, mushrooms (but not on my part - yeeechhh) and a heap of grated cheese.
Why would you ever bother with dough?
Moooooooore.
Let me tell you friends, it was sooo good and a little bit of habanero sauce made it almost perfect.
